I'm not sure I would do that in a keeper, I think Pence has Mannyish capabilities. Have a little faith in Hunter Pence and a very likely Ace for your rotation.

Keeper prices dont matter...The rest of the bidding is just done by whoever bids the highest gets the player. Some OF players that are available are Magglio Ordonez, Vernon Wells, Jermaine Dye, Torri Hunter, Bobby Abreau, Chris Young, Johnny Damon, Pat Burrel, Milton Bradley, Rick Ankiel and Lanstings Milledge

If keeper prices don't matter then you definitely have to go with Manny here. Manny is a top 25 pick this year. Pence barely cracks the top 50 and Gallardo won't get drafted in the top 100. The only reason to keep Pence/Gallardo is if they are considerably cheaper than Manny.
