Last year I was sold on these guys. I had them both and finished the year disappointed. I have some concerns with Hamilton after the HR derby, he fell off a little in the second half. Kinsler is a minor concern as well with the groin.
I can't say that I wouldn't take them, but I have to believe that a Howard/Utley combo could be better and I do believe that they will be there at 10. If I had the choice, I'd go Howard/Utley if I were in your position. Utley is a concern too. Maybe Howard/Hamilton is a good choice.
It's safe to say that 10 is not a good spot in a draft this year, in my opinion.
Defiantly! I am planning on doing the same thing. That tandem is one of the best you can have in baseball. The only other that would challenge them is Jimmy Rollins / Ryan Howard...but i still take Kinsler/Hamilton...
the only problem is i really want Longoria to man 3B for me...This is a keeper league. I have been offered the 1st overall pick...basically swapping entire drafts. I could take Hanely #1 then come back and hope either Kinlser/Hamilton is there in the 2nd and take 1 of them and Longoria.....
Thoughts...Is it worth the gamble or do i just stay put and take Hamilton/Kinlser

How could anyone be disappointed? Kinsler earned $28, Hamilton $30, both career highs by a lot. Both made MVP runs.
I would go Hamilton/Howard or Hamilton/Upton or Hamilton/Tex.

You could make the same analogy, why go Kinsler, when you get get Uggla/Roberts rounds later? I try to pick talent over anything. I like Kinsler, but i wouldn't pick him at 11.
