For free, No. If you want to pay Fantasy Guru provides some nice info. If you purchase the baseball info, Fantasy Football will be included in your purchase for the upcoming year.

I also don't know of a free site. A problem with keeper rankings is there are many different types and/or rules to keeper leagues. So unless you get a keeper ranking that is set up exactly the way your leagues keeper rules are set up it is not much value to you.

You really need to know league settings to make such a list. Do you get docked draft picks? Then it depends where the players went. Is it an Auction? Then it matters how much they cost. If there is no penalty, then just keep the best players and use any top 200 ranking.
