Giant kid...6'7"...who has really nice stuff and good body control for a big kid(good basketball player). He was dinged up last year but the 12IP he did throw didn't result in an ER and had 13K.
So far this year.... 6 starts in... 38IP / 25H / 13ER / 13BB(3.08BB/9) / 60K(14.21K/9) / 3.08ERA / 1.00WHIP
Another LSU pitcher having a good year. 2 time SEC pitcher of the week has plus plus command. Any time a kid has 3BB in his first 6 starts is worth keeping an eye on.
For fun, does anyone care to project who the Top 10 would be, in order, in the Draft this summer (based on current stats & "hype")? I assume Strasburg will go first, but beyond that, I am fairly uninformed about the other guys (like Ackley, Gibson, Green, etc.), and their "draftability."
Josh Spence, SP, Arizona State Josh is another Arizona State pitcher who has put together a very impressive college career thus far. 2007 Stats 131.1IP / 86H / 16ER / 24BB / 149K 2008 Stats 138.2IP / 109H / 26ER / 19BB / 178K 2009 Stats-to-date 46IP / 35H / 7ER / 14BB / 58K

7.2 IP, 7H, 3BB, 3ER.
Him tiring out as the season goes on could be a problem since they let him throw 139 pitches yesterday.
Morris is having a good year but it's the first in 3 years so I'm not nearly as sold on him as the other pitchers that are out there. He also doesn't have 1 plus pitch to work with either....solid college pitcher this year but not sure how much of a MLB prospect he is.
Sticking to the Big 12, AJ Morris is 8-0 in 8 starts. Before he beat the Huskers Friday he was boasted an ERA of 0.39 with a .163 BAA. 2 ER in 46.1 IP. 49/15 K/BB rate. KState's not known for their baseball, but this kid's for real.
