Online league hosting with FAAB option?

Hi everyone,
I'm looking to start a fantasy league and am wondering if anybody knows of online site that has a FAAB option. The only one I know if is sportsline and those leagues are pretty price (~$150). Anyone know of any cheaper options?

Here are the details:

Slightly flexible on roster. League is intended to be fun, but competitive. Two divisions, with division winners and Wild Cards making the playoffs. Slight modification to standard 5 pitching categories: Changed W to QS and SV to Net SV.
