Tommy Hanson...first sig in awhile...thoughts?

i feel as though the text is a major downer. any suggestions?

The text looks good to me, its the brightness on the left side that isn't that good. also don't really like the coloring on this sig. otherwise its fine

I also think the text is fine. Its a little bright for my liking though. One more thing I would have done different was move Hanson more to the center. That could be just me though. Overall nice clean looking sig.

I just desaturated it, as I was gonna try a red color, but it didn't look very good. I also moved Hanson over a tad.

Here's what I'd do with the text. Set it's Fill at about 90% so it doesn't look as superimposed. Then, make a lower layer of the text, make it larger, and set it around 25% opacity, and toy with the layer style so it blends into the background but can still be made out.

I also like the desaturated 2nd version of your sig better than the first.

Before I saw v2 I was going to suggest moving the render more towards the center. I like v2 better but I think it's a little too desaturated, I'd like to see a happy medium between the brightness of v1 and the desaturation of v2, maybe just my prefs though. I agree with h0rt's text suggestion to make it blend more a little more. Nice job though overall.

Wow. Looks pretty awesome to me. I actually like the first version better than the second.

I like both, and I like the brightness on the left side. It contrasts well with the darkness on the right. The render itself could be a little less washed out but otherwise I think they look killer. I do like the 2nd version a little more.
