I like Kemp the most. I see him being jumping to 3rd or 4th round next year, and possibly a late 2nd round pick in 2 years. He has better numbers expect SB compared to BJ Upton, and BJ is drafted in the 2nd/3rd round.

If you draft either phillips or kemp, look to draft power hitting 1b to fill up at least 2 out of 3 UTIL,
