VOIP for Online Live Draft

Is there a practical way to have a draft online that allows everyone to talk using Scype or another VOIP tool?

We are drafting on CBS.Sportsline and would like to have voice as well. Does Scype or other tools require a headset or can you just talk into your computer? Is it difficult to get a group talking?
