Parra and Cueto. Both could go 3.50/200.

Parra would be my first choice out of that list of starters. However I might think of Wang 20 game winner in '07 and coming off injury as your next pick. Revamped lined up this year might help him and not having to shoulder the entire load

I would take Wang and his solid numbers. You pretty much know what you get with Wang, relatively good ERA and WHIP, a high probability of solid W numbers, and lousy Ks. There are some upside guys like Hughes, Parra and Cueto, but they could end up being busts just as easily. I rather have a solid player, esp. in a deep 20 team league keeping 200 each year.

I would agree with that. I would also keep an eye on Span.

I agree Wang can bring home the W's, but their bullpen is a bit sketchy (correct me if I'm wrong). I also like the idea of Cueto and Parra being picked here.

For me:

I took Wang because I think with Felix and Kershaw, Wins will be a stat that I am lacking. It really pained me to not take Jimenez because he is the most talented on the list IMO. I just feel he was just as likely to be a .500 pitcher like Felix and Kershaw with great K's and a sub-par whip so might as well balance the staff out a little. I am not very high at all on Cueto he was never really in it for me. Parra is interesting but he nearly died pitching only 168 innings last year. Thanks for everyones help. Wang should be at least 17 wins and a ERA near 3.8 and a whip around 1.3 you'd think.
