Sandolval qualifies at catcher in your league? Bonus for you. I have very little critisism for your team. Marcum will not pitch at all in 2008 (seems I'm saying this every five minutes). He is probably done as a major league pitcher all together. I know this because I know Shawn Marcum personally. Chris Ray probably won't be of much value either, bit those two can be easily replaced. You have a good balance of speed and power, but I scoff at Delgado (you could have done better there). You'll find some FA pitchers to replace your duds, and make a strong showing in your league this season.

I would be surprised if Sandoval isn't qualified as a C. Last season, he had 40 something AB as a catcher, 50 something as a 1b, and 40 something AB as a 3b. I don't know why any fantasy game would take C away from Sadoval, he came up as a catcher, and caught a lot in the minors.
Yeah, I waited a long time for a 1b. I am counting on Teegarden and Sandoval to do good, so in due time one of them can replace Delgado at 1b. I know that Marcum probably won't pitch, but how sure are you about Chris Ray? Every fantasy site i have seen, they rate Ray as a bounce back fantasy contributor. Thanks for the reply.

Still wasn't good enough for him to qualify at catcher on CBS and I believe ESPN as well (I don't really play there). Is this a yahoo league? Ray will pitch, but pitch poorly in my opinion. He will probably be used as a mop up guy. This is just my opinion, I would love to see him come back strong. Hang on to him and try and watch some O's games. See for yourself what he looks like on the mound and then make a decision if you have room to stash him.
