Does anyone have any experience with CBS's product? Specifically, the keeper/Contract Status feature... Their help page doesn't go into great detail, but We'd like to take advantage of it. If you set the contract to, say, 2... what does that mean? Will it roll over to 3 the next year? I see there are maximums, too. Is it possible to make salaries go up a predetermined value based on a player's contract status? Anybody know? Are the service times simply how long a player resides on your team? Do these times work with the Contract status?

CBS is known for their horrible customer service, sorry no one has been able to help you there (or here apparently). I play a lot of leagues at CBS, but have never paid for their commish tools when they come free at Yahoo. Perhaps that might be the solution to your problems. Also believe it or not, when you submit a question to the Yahoo support team, they actually respond (sometimes it takes a few days, but there are hundreds of thousands of leagues). CBS charges too much for the commish tools for the lack of support and customer service they offer.
