I do not even want to mention the amount of teams I had three years ago! I will go with 4 again. One Cafe league (if we ever finish the draft!), my two normal $$ redraft leagues (1 roto, 1 H2H), and either my normal 1 Yahoo Public League/ or I would LOVE to find a new Keeper league to start this season. (Know one that won't flake out?)

Does participating in multiple leagues influence the way you draft players? Are you more likely to wind up with the same players on multiple teams or do you find yourself reluctant to attach yourself to the risk of a single ballplayer disappointing across several of your teams?

I'm at 4 this year, and I realllly want to cap it there.

I've noticed in the past that my teams will have constants among them. Either I'm higher on a certain player than most, or I felt someone dropped too far (same thing I guess :-) ).

If anything, I probably change-up my late round draft picks a little more between teams. If I know a guy will be undrafted if I'm not the one to pick him, I might go another way since I already have my eye on him with a different team.
...Boston papers now and then suffer a sharp flurry of arithmetic on this score; indeed, for Williams to have distributed all his hits so they did nobody else any good would constitute a feat of placement unparalleled in the annals of selfishness. -Updike

I gernerally will have similiar line-ups with players chosen after about round 8. Those first rounds can differ based on draft position. But after that, it really comes down to my projections and how much I really want a certain player on my team.

I play in 5 leagues. One of them is a 20 team dynasty with a 30 man roster , so there's really not much to do except make my daily lineup. The only transactions happen when someone goes on the DL .
Another league has a limit of 50 moves , so it's easy to manage.
The other 3 are a lot of work.

I used to play in 3 but I have 2 kids and coach so I really focus on one league that we have had going for about 5 years now. I feel like any more and I just wouldn't be able to be a very active owner.

I have pubs that I dont care about so I wont count them.

And maybe 3?
1. 10 team money league 5X5 ROTO
2. 14 team Cafeholics league.. Offical Noob
3. 12 team league called Tio Bob. its pretty fun and intresting and has different divisions based on how you did the year before

1?!?! 2?!?! What is wrong with you people?!?!? I thought we were all supposed to be fantasy fanatics! B-)

I used to do 16. That was too many. So I cut back to 12. Then to 10. Now I am at 7, with no public leagues and several keepers. I think the ideal is 4-6.

One weekly roto keeper

One daily H2H redraft money league

Cut back from three last year, four the year before.
Be excellent to each other.
