Beyond the closer issue -- it looks like you need some more power. Trade Crawford for some pop.

Outside the closer issue I think your outfield is weakest point. The good news for you is that you have pplenty of starting pitching depth for a 12 team league. I would look to move Kazmir/Lackey plus one of your OF for a bigger bat (and if you can weasel a closer out of the deal by all means do it!)

If you can use a pitcher (as if you don't have any) for trading, you can upgrade your OF. You could try and look for a RP, but one always pops up during the season. But you really need more power on that team to keep up with the others.
