Now we have a list of all you hippies... *evil cackle*
Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey

fixed.
You and I can agree that it should not be illegal, that it is patently stupid that it is illegal, and that the reasons for its illegality are contrived at best, but that doesn't change the fact that it's illegal.
The day it's legalized I'll be over at your place and we can celebrate in style.
I hear ya and I actually struggled with posting in this thread...really I held back a lot. At least initially.
My days of midnight toking are long gone, however on that monumental day I may have to dust off my hippie pistol(pipe) in celebration.

Very good point, I never thought of it that way, maybe we should find a test kit....

Yeah, that is a good point, and I don't think I've ever heard that brought up before. From a police point of view I can see that argument very clearly. I don't think that's why the legislators don't legalize it (fear and bias and ignorance come to mind), but it bears considering.

I've heard that argument before but I have to believe that they could come up with a way to test for a the level of THC in the body....to be able to tell if the driver had used recently. Either way it doesn't matter that's not the reason the wacky tobacky ain't legal.
