I see a few people on here saying "you'll be fine" and such, but I have to disagree. In my experience the only way to combat streaming in a league that encourages it is streaming yourself...which I just don't find to be any fun. Someone who really commits themselves to streaming will literally only draft batters until all offensive positions are filled (they may even fill out an offensive bench spot or two). Then they can draft the best available closers available for the next 4 or 5 rounds...then they fill out the rest of their team with mediocre pitchers. I've played against people who literally cycle in 3 to 4 new starters each day...that's about 20-25 more starts than you're going to have. If the categories are standard 5x5, they will win W's and K's 95+% of the time...if they drafted appropriately they can win S's 50+% of the time (especially if they drafted 4-5 closers...remember, it doesn't matter if they are good closers...they aren't going for era or whip). And since they focused on offense the first 10-12 rounds, they should be able to win the majority of those categories the majority of the time. IMO streaming can really destroy a league. Ideally everyone should just agree not to do it, which is much easier to implement when everyone knows each other.

Yea...............and to make things worse he "commish" added GS" games started"I'm thinking its the only league he has so making 10 moves per day is nothing.I guess i'll learn as it goes.

Make sure you will have good hitting and plenty of saves. You should be able to split the pitching categories winning era , whip, and saves.

I'm in a couple leagues that have streaming going on. It's not bad in those leagues because we adjusted the scoring categories.
In one league there's walks for the pitchers , and in the other we count losses for the pitchers.
So streaming won't help with those settings.
