who to pick WHIR

it is a h2h yahoo dynasty league standard 5x5 cats. we have a 2 round rookie/free agent draft to pick anyone in the system. i have the number 5 pick and so far only the number 1 guy has picked and it was wieters. also the draft effects waiver position for the year. so the guy up now has the number 1 waiver pick but once he uses it, he drops to 10th and everyone moves up...etc. etc. so it's very likely that people will skip their pick to have a waiver. i don't plan on doing that since this years top rookies are already in the database for yahoo. here is who i am considering with my 2 picks. who do you guys think i should go with at #5 if he's there..

feliz
hanson
mccutchen

i think those are the top 4 and whichever one falls should be my pick but a case could also be made for some of the guys below

there are some very good names there ...i would post my roster but i think in a rookie draft you have to draft the BPA, and not based on need. so rate who those top 4 and who should i target with my 2nd pick. also leave a link if you need help as well. thanks.

UPDATE. wieters, mccutchen, and laporta have been picked at spot 1,2 3. #4 is on the clock and he is close to his time being up so he will be skipped. he is a terrible manager and is actually considering xavier nady with his pick (also includes FA). so it is between feliz or hansen for me. which pitcher would u guys take?

thanks for the help guys. i went with feliz. lookin to grab andrus, cahill, tillman, or carrasco on the wrap around depending whos there. there are 4 picks ahead of me so i'm sure one of those will fall.

Of those four, I have to say I would target Cahill and then Tillman
