Wow, Brewers 29th? They had the 2nd best team ERA in the NL last year. Now I fully acknowledge the losses of Sabathia, Sheets, and Torres, but they should also improve by losing Gagne/Mota. They also improved by essentially "adding" Gallardo (who could/should pitch at Sheets type level), plus the additions of Looper and Hoffman. Toss in the fact that Parra should improve in year 2, and I think this staff is at least league average, and most certainly better than the likes of Colorado and Pittsburgh.
At first glace I see Giants, Cubs, Jays (Halladay and who?), Mets (Johan and who?), and Indians needing to go down. With the Marlins and Mariners moving up a few spots.
I might be a little harsh on the Jays and Mets but after their #1's there are alot of question marks.
