Why can't I use this sig?

I had a sig that was slightly higher than 100 megapixels, so I shrunk it down but was told it was still too big. I kept shrinking it until it was damn near microscopic and still got the same message. I'm not sure what the trouble is. Perhaps someone can help. Here's a version of it at 340X88 Megapixels

Explain that please. Even when I reduced it to almost half the size shown in this thread it still rejected it.

Hey thanks partner. Still don't get the whole KB thing (don't explain it you'll only confuse me further...lol). One of the sigs in your collection is eerily similar to one a buddy made me. Just the same pic used, had to do a double take.

how the KBs work is when you save it for web, you have to set the quality so that it is 12 or lower, its so the cafe doesnt have a slow load time for the threads with 100% quality sigs.
