AL only keepers

Hey fellas. I am in a 12 team AL only 5x5 league. we are allowed to keep 4 players, and 1 rookie protectable.. we have the usual $260 cap... i have good players but my dollar value sucks after my protectables. here are my players i have and thoughts would be great because i feel i have to cut salary some how..

Crawford-$34
Ichiro- $30
Kazmir-$28
Jacobs-$12
Price-$18(rookie)
so i am possably thinking about letting kaz go and keeping jacobs for his value, i also think that pitching is pretty deep this year and could find some pitchers elsewhere??? any thoughts would be awsome.......thanks fellas.

i've never played an AL only league so i'm not sure how that affects dollar values, but kazmir, jacobs and price all seem pretty expensive. I'd probably go with kazmir over jacobs but both of them are pretty meh.

I drop Jacobs, who's more meh than good.

You will have a lot of $ off the board, but you can always trade those guys. Jacobs isn't as much the commodity as the others.

Look to package Ichiro and either Kaz or Jacobs for something that helps you more and better value as Ichiro at $30 seems high to me. However I've never played an auction legue so take what I say as what you will.
