2-for1 pitching trade/Dynasty League

Postby Appleowner » Fri Feb 13, 2009 6:41 pm

Need help guys. This guy has been trying to get John Danks from me for the past couple of months. He just made this offer. We are in a 12 team Dynasty 25 mlb/12 mib player keeper, standard scoring for pitching. What should I do?

He is offering to me Homer Bailey and Rafael Soriano, and he wants John Danks from me. I'm loving Danks, are these two pitchers worth it, seeing how both are injury prone and untested?

I'd probably stay away, particularly if you really love Danks. I'm not wildly high on any of these pitchers right now, and Bailey has the most talent, but he is also the least proven. I'd probably stick with Danks...

I wish Bailey would show me something, he has the talent to do it, but don't know if the situation is right.

Thanks for the input.

pass. bailey has shown nothing at the major league level and soriano won't have the closer job in atlanta this year.

I agree with the others. I'd stay away from that trade and keep Danks.
