Hey guys, I need some help again. What do you think about this trade?

I get:
CC Sabathia (4 years left at 9m)
JJ Hardy (4 years left at 1.25m)

He gets:
Hanley Ramirez (3 years left at 17m)

I know a 1-2 of Sabathia and Hamels would be great but going from HanRam to Hardy would be a killer drop. I am sure he would be willing to work out a different deal if I didn't like this one. here is the rest of his roster.

Not even close for Hanley. Sabathia could be a value for being fairly cheap (more so Hardy) but Hanley is worth every dollar. Of all the players to trade, Hanley is the one I'd consider untouchable.
