Yahoo Live Draft not working (Attn: Genie)

Dear Yahoo Sports Genie,

You might want to look into why no one in our league can enter the live draft that started 5 minutes ago. The countdown timer stayed up the whole time past 30 minutes. No one ever got the link to enter the draft. When the time hit 0:00 it switched to show "which is from now" with no time given in front of it.

Everyone else in the league is experiencing the same thing in our league from the message board posts on the home page.

I'm guessing it has something to do the the advertisements again since it is randomly freezing on the home page too when trying to refresh.

Sorry, if this is not the right forum to bring this to the attention of the Sports Genie.

Would just like to help others so they don't experience the same problems in the future.

My draft was suppose to start 11AM EST. Never once came up.

- A link never did appear, no matter how often you refreshed that page?

- Can anyone give me a specific league having the problem? The URL of your league home will do. Alternately whether it is free or plus and the league number.

Thanks for your patience. We've found the problem and are fixing now. I'll update when it is actually fixed.

Any idea what this does to our current league? Do we do another live draft on another date? Or did it autodraft for us?

Our draft was 2 hours ago and, even if it autodrafted, it should be complete by now. But it's still not showing any rosters.

Okay. The problem is fixed. Typically what happens in an unfortunate circumstance like this is we reset the league with a live draft time one week out. That gives private leagues enough time to pick a new time and reschedule, and members of public leagues enough time to figure out if they want to stay in that slot or change their mind.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We hate when stuff like this happens...
