Chris Iannetta Good year last year and I think he will improve. But I just don't like keeping a catcher normally
Jayson Werth Good year last year, I think he might have another good year, but his numbers made big jumps and It didn't fit the trend he made so I have my doubts
Lastings Milledge Solid numbers and I think he can build on that. BUT the logjam at 1b/of in Washington scares me. So I don't know if he will get the AB's
Brad Lidge I don't see him putting up numbers like he did last year, maybe he gets close but not just that good.
David Price I doubt he gets more than 20 starts and just cant see him being kept.
so really it comes down to Werth or Iannetta for me, And sad to say I think Iannetta is the better choice...... But good luck this year

Thanks a lot. Good stuff.
I'm basically in this situation because I sold my soul to the devil last year (along with all of my keepers) in an all-out push for the championship. I fell just short and finished second. I was hoping to have at least ONE great keeper as some kind of consolation, but nope... Looks like a rebuilding year... But after finishing 2nd two years in a row in a competitive 16-team league, I think I'm about due for an off year.
Do you really see Milledge's starting spot as being in some jeopardy? I'd think he'd be safe with the numbers he put up last year...

it makes sense, but in this case i think werth actually has 30/30 upside with everyday playing time and will almost certainly put up quite a bit better OBP than milledge.
The more I think about it, the more I like Iannetta... My Catcher last year was a non-stop carousel until I got Iannetta for the last couple months, who was consistently solid. It would be kinda nice to just keep him and not have to worry about drafting (and undoubtedly overreaching for) a Catcher and instead focus my attention elsewhere... Hmm...
