Whew. Tough call. I'm not real high on Lee, but I'm not sure Price lives up to the hype...this year.
Pujols is clearly ahead of Tex, in my book. I'd rather have him, and then you're taking a chance. Who knows if Price will ever work out? Sure, it seems like he will, but that's no guarantee. Will Lee repeat last year's numbers, or at least his 18 win season numbers of a couple of years ago? Maybe. I'd probably take Pujols and figure that it all will work itself out in the end in your advantage since you are getting Pujols.
I'm not sure my answer changes either way....as much as I love the potential of Price, I think you do this trade. Pujols obviously doesn't need explaining, and Lee just won a Cy. I don't think Lee will repeat, but I imagine he will be much more valuable than Price over at least this season, maybe even 2010 while Price figures MLB hitters out.
You really can't go wrong either way. As the above poster said, Price may not live up to the hype right away, but it won't be long. But unlike a lot of guys on here, I think Lee will put up nice numbers again. Probably not like he did last year, but should be well above his career averages. I wouldn't even consider Hughes, and without a doubt, Pujols is quite a bit better than Tex.

Tough trade, but IMHO, you have to take this deal. If Price doesn't turn out as expected, you easily win this by a mile...Lee probably won't match his off-the-wall numbers from last season, but he is easily a top 15 pitcher if he replicates a fraction of what he did. Pujols is a no-brainer and is a significant upgrade from Teix. Pull the trigger and run like hell

Pujols is the best player in fantasy baseball. Tex is great, but honestly he doesn't come close.
Price is great, but he's probably a few years away from what he can really do. Lee was great last year, and if you look at his K/BB rate and GB% there's no reason to think he wont put up pretty good stats.
