According to that article he hasn't even seen the reaper yet. I wonder what info they have to believe he is done before Andrews takes a look. Maybe I'll hold off until Wednesday to react.

Because Andrews is Andrews. :-/

60 day DL + trip to Andrews = bwah bwah :-t
Anybody who holds on to him is probably a little delusional. ;-)

This gives Casilla, if healthy, a big boost in value as many, including myself, don't think Ziegler has the chops to close full-time as he doesn't have great stuff and all he really has is his delivery which has a place in baseball just not during crunch time.

stink it up...OR get traded!
I changed my mind and dropped Devine before I even came back here again. Already had Casilla and unfortunately Corpas. Does anyone know anything about the health of Soriano? Is he going to be ready to go Sunday or soon after. Would you expect him to get the save chance if they have 3 straight save chances say next weekend?

Havok, what is it about Casilla? Does he just have worse stuff than Corpas? I thought he looked pretty good before getting injured last year. I guess if he's not gonna go back to that form he's worse.

I'd say Ziegler has less leech than Street but both, barring injury, are safe for about a month unless they really stink it up. So, Casilla is the better investment even though Corpas has more talent but Casilla has a less talented closer in front of him.

What is a leech? :-D

That would be Frenchy. He sucked the blood out of me last year and I will never own him again. I don't even want to think about the trade in my keeper league I did to get him.

He is the devil. LOL.

It's an amphibious worm that sucks blood. I think he's saying Zeigler's leech is smaller so it sucks less blood out of his arm so he will last longer. Just my guess.

someone traded me bay and adam jones for him in my keeper last year, awesome.

about the A's scenerio, i don't really trust anyone past ziegler to hold onto the job at this point. i'm sure i'll be one of the many chasing saves in that crap-shoot if ziegler blows it though.

How are you people in leagues where BJ Ryan and Chris Ray are FAs?

1O Teamer with only 2 RP spots in the past, but we just added a P spot so some guys aren't using a RP there yet. I guess that qualifies as Mickey Mouse. :-D

BJ was rostered, but that guy got scared and dropped him, so I picked him up. Sure it's fun to make jokes about how easy other leagues are, but constructive? No.
