Any reason to be concerned about the fact that Wheeler picked up the save for Tampa today? I know Howell pitched the previous two days, but Wheeler has pitched well and has a ton of closing experience. Anything to read into this?

No.
Howell = 35 pitches over the last 2 days.

If you have the space, I'd hold onto him. He puts up good numbers for a MR, so he can help keep your ratios down. Plus, now that BJ Ryan is definitely out of the picture, if something happens to Downs again you know its Frasor who will get the call. If you need to drop him for roster space then go for it, but whenever there's been an injury situation I always try to keep holding on to the guy who stepped in during that time, because injuries can flare right back up.
