He actually did much better in the 2nd half, but I would hardly say he was the best reliever in the pen, and it's hard to fault the manager for not giving Tank the closer role after that brutal start.

Lidge had 41 saves last year. His injury was not arm-related. Those are two reasons to stay the course with him. Up and comers probably won't start popping up in earnest until the trade deadline.
I'd stick it out with Lidge for at least another 2 weeks.
You guys think there's any reason to hold onto Zumaya?
Rodney has been very solid this year, and even though he's still Fernando Rodney, it's not like Zumaya has ever been able to be consistent in crunch time. He's also been having some fairly rough outings lately.
