sorry.. I looked at the first page, but then again that was written on 2/12.. just checking to see if anyone has heard of any changes to the status...

Blue Jays closer B.J. Ryan is throwing in the "low 80s,'' according to one AL scout. "I don't know if he's just pacing himself or this is all he's got,'' the scout said. The implication was that if this was all he had, that's a bad sign.

I don't necessarily trust the source, but thought I would throw this out there.

I know Ryan was dealing with some mechanics early on which forced him to skip the WBC. Ryan is not a hard thrower(he hides the ball well during his delivery) but low 80's would be a bit concerning. As a Jays fan and Ryan owner I hope he gets on track before the season starts.

That first page is edited very regularly, as needed. It's going to say 2/12 all season. It was last edited on 3/16, if you check the bottom of the post.

Just when you thought he settled down, Street looked pretty bad today closing out the 9th.
