The final straw was apparently the two runs he served up in the 10th inning of a 3-1 loss to the Mets on Friday night. Mike MacDougal will take over the job, effective immediately.

Yeah, I think I'm gonna let someone else go ahead and pick up MacDougal. A closer's a closer, but no, thank you.

You don't play in a Cafe league .
I just picked up Wilson, do we know the extent of Francisco's injury? They said it wasn't a reinjury, but how would this not be the same shoulder? Was he really out this/last time with his off-arm?
Brad Lidge blew his sixth save of the season Saturday against the Dodgers. When asked if the club would consider handing ninth-inning duties to another reliever, Phillies manager Charlie Manuel told reporters, plainly, "[Lidge] will always be my guy." That's a pretty strong vote of confidence, but there's clearly something wrong. Perhaps Lidge is still bothered by his sore knee.
Nunez Time in Fla? Up 3 runs, Matt Lindstrom can only get two outs, giving up a double and 2 walks & is pulled for Leo Nunez, who gave up a bases loaded 2 run single before striking out Renteria to end the game. We shall see.
The Mariners are rarely using Morrow anymore and if they do its usually in multi - inning situations so its hard to to tell if he is getting things together.
Even if he does, Aardsma is pretty solid in the closer role I see it as a similar situation with Downs/Ryan why change the closer if the up and coming guy is even with the current guy?

Hold or drop him?
I dropped Morrow in a 12 team league. Another team picked him up, (not claimed) however this team frequently picks up players I drop, for whatever reason I don't know. Possibly b/c I have the second most adds in the league. I don't see Aarsdarao losing his closer role unless he pitches bad.
