Yahoo thinks nelson will get the first shot...I grabbed Nelson (although I could have grabbed Howell, Izzy, Wheeler or Balfour too!)

Me thinks tonight will not be the night we find out, either....slugfest for TB.

I think Wheeler and Izzy are the top speculative options; Maddon seems to prefer the experienced cats.

Deerayfan dropped Percy and picked up Izzy in our dynasty league if that means anything...

Yes, that is who I think will get the shots. The entire pen has been crap this season honestly. Balfour is walking people left and right, Wheeler isn't that good, Nelson has blown up at times and walks to many people. Maddon loves vets, and Izzy has looked good in rehab and they are working him in. He may not get the immediate saves, but he will be the guy in the long run IMO.

For what its worth -- The talk around the Rays is that Percy's "DL stint" is an opportunity for him to mull retirement. From what I hear, they do not see him coming back this season in the Rays pen.

none.

;-D

His problem is the first inning, why make him a closer and deal with that for one inning

As a Price owner I hope they don't do this, but what about Price as the closer?

no chance, none. He is there future Ace of the staff. They do not want him in the pen, which was why he went to AAA and not start in the pen this year. There future in the closers role is one of Niemann, McGee, or Morlan, IMO, with McGee being the guy I would put my money on.
