Im really chasing saves this season in my 14-team league and i would definitely want to jump on Frasor if he seizes the job in Toronto. Downs has been owned by somebody since the draft so my only shot is Frasor. So to make my post useful, I wanted to know if anybody has anymore information on this developing situation? Any Canadiens out there hearing news that BJs leash is getting shorter by the day or what? Thanks for the help!

I don't understand this no commentary thing. Baseball is stats, but it doesn't tell the whole story, and I really don't want to have to look at two different threads to get the whole story.
I wouldn't mind following two different threads if I had too, but I would rather follow one thread, and spend the rest of the time watching the games and spending time with my kids.

Don't worry, all of the important info will end up in this thread. The game commentary refers to that sort of live play-by-play. Trust me, it isn't helpful to sift through three pages of post of "Ryan Franklin is warming up" ... "Franklin gives up a single" ... "C'mon, Franklin, I need to win my H2H point league this week!"
I'm sure you'll still see updates here if they are relevant to guys who may be going in or out of the closer role.

Reyes would not have earned a save if he finished the game.

I play in a holds league, and often try to get Coffey on my team. Every time he has become the closer he has blown up. The difference between him as a closer, and as a set up guy is night and day. I have Coffey this season... I'm hoping they get Hoffman back real soon!
