Same, but it's a tossup. For me it would probably depend on the makeup of my team at the given time. Ichiro, with near 100% certainty, is going to give you a .300+ average, 100+ runs, and 35+ SB. I only have him projected for about 7 HR and 55 RBI or so, which hurts. If I had a solid supply of average and/or speed at this point, I'd probably look more for Rios' power upside.
Yea, if you were to draft Reyes/Upton to start a draft theres no way you should take Ichiro over Rios. Where as if you went Howard/Fielder you would need an Ichiro type to offset the horrid AVG and lack of SB.

I see Magz 07 numbers as a fluke, he's a solid .300 hitter no doubt but limited 25 HR power and no speed hurt his value. And he's 35, when most hitters start to decline.
