Overall a pretty decent draft.

I'd get rid of
Kendall
Lawton
Milton
Quantrill
Lidge

Get another strikeout starting pitcher. Is Edwin Jackson still available? Try trading for one if possible.

Maybe you can deal away Rolen since Hinske can be inserted in there and find somebody else in your IF position.

You may be a little week in saves after Wagner. If wickman gets the job, that'll help. I dunno about Hinske, maybe if he can get back to his ROY numbers. I saw last week that Green was playing first base in spring trainging, thatd be a nice little bonues. Kendall and Giles playing in SD could really be nice for you, i hear thats a hitters back, short fences.

C- Kendall yay
1B- Ortiz yay
2B- Loretta little yay
3B- Rolen yay
SS- Cabrera yay
IF- Hinske yay
RF- Green yay-- really like these three OF
CF- Giles yay
LF- Bonds yay
OF- Shannon Stewart okay--not too high on these three OF
OF- Dave Roberts okay--good for steals
OF- Lawton dunno
Util- Edgar Martinez okay--hope he can keep it up

SP- Schmidt yay
SP- Morris yay
SP- Wolf yay
RP- Wagner yay
RP- Lidge yay
P- C.C. Sabathia yay
P- Milton yay--could be good
P- F. Garcia--not a fan
Bench- Wickman--horrible ERA and WHIP of late for20/30 save guy, not a fan
Bench- Quantrill--yay
Bench- Armas--nice one ;-)
Bench- Biddle--not too high on
Bench- C. Cordero-nice backup ;-)

Not as familiar with the added scoring cats nor 14 team leagues but here's what I think: I think Milton and Garcia are pretty risky and so is the tail end of your hitting lineup, starting with Roberts who doesn't do much besides steal.

Wagner, Lidge, Quantrill= awesome, need another saves guy though maybe

Who are your FA's?

Keepers were Bonds, Wagner, Schmidt, Rolen, Green, and Wolf.

The FA list has been picked bone dry.

Affeldt is on waivers, but I have little chance of claiming him, seeing I am in the 11th spot.

For a 14 team league that team is sick. Great job. Anyone who tells you to get rid of Kendall in a 14 team 7x7 is a sucker. Might need another closer. I assume Riske and Ryan Wagner are gone. I know they aren't closing but they may at some point. Also are either of Spier and Aquilino Lopez from Toronto.
An unemployed jester is nobody's fool.

re: Anyone who tells you to get rid of Kendall in a 14 team 7x7 is a sucker.

--well, a bunch of bad advice from the same guy. He also said to get rid of Lidge and Quantrill, two of the best mid-relievers in the game.

Anyway, since your FA pile is bone dry, I dunno what else to say ;-)
Def. try and get Affeldt, IMO he has at least as good a chance at succeeding(sp?) as Milton, Garcia, Armas, Biddle and C.Cordero.

As far as guys to keep an eye out for:

I would say any pitcher, 2B or OF.
Good luck, nice team ;-)
