starting new keeper league

Looking for active GM's to start a keeper league.

here are the basic setting:
10 teams
1- c, 1b, 2nd, 3rd, ss, CI, MI
5-outfielders
2-util
5-sp
2-closers
9bench 1 dl
draft april 12 (sunday night at 8pm ET)
categories: 7 each
hitting:
h, avg, hr, rbi, sb, k, r
pitching:
era, w, l, k, k/9, sv, whip

Keepers
1st and 2nd place keep 10
3rd and 4th place keep 11
5th and 6th place keep 12
7th and 8th place keep 13
9th and 10th place keep 14

Prizes (buy in $50 per team- winners will receive these percentages of what remains after paypal's % which i think is around 2 or 3%)
1st Place- 65%
2nd Place- 25%
3rd Place- 10% (money back)

the draft is a sunday night in april
