i'd rather have him than a bunch of these guys in tier 4.

I would take Lackey over Haren.

I would say Hamels and Haren have more in common with Beckett and Santana than they do Peavy and Webb.
I would probably switch Yovanni and Zambrano. Gallardo might have a good year, but he might not, pretty iffy. I would feel better with the Big Z.
Oswalt feels like he's too high. He's had a slow decline of innings and K's and is going to be 31 to start the season... I just think he's at the age where he could have another great year or he could be hitting the wall. And I'd like a number of guys who are around him over him. I'd probably drop him into the top of Tier 3.
Overall, though, a solid list.
0-3 to 4-3. Worst choke in the history of baseball. Enough said.
