I'm sorry but Gonzalez isn't overrated. The reason he's only emerged the last couple of years is because he was blocked in Texas by Mark Teixeira. He's always had the talent, but was blocked by one of the greatest 1B in the game today. Since his move to San Diego he's continued to get better, and I rank him as the 8th best 1B in fantasy. Since 6 or 7 first baseman are taken in the first 2-3 rounds I can deffinatly seeing Gonzalez, as well as Youkilis going in the next couple of rounds. I have drafted Gonzo in a couple of my league's and I'd rather have him then Jacobs any day. ;-D

I traded Youkilis for him in the 2nd half hoping his numbers would stay the same but he did absolutely nothing. Youk who tends to wear out in the 2nd half actually kept it. Adrian is a Richie Sexxon with a bit more talent at best IMO.

Yes - I'm quite serious that Gonzo is shorter than Sexson.

As far as the talent comparison - that's one of the more ridiculous things I've read, so I responded likewise....

AGon has more talent in his left hand than Sexson does. And that's assuming AGon is right handed :-b

I have a chance to keep AGon with a 15th round keeper (in an 11 team league). Wasn't going to do initially but with all this talk about him, maybe I should? Was going to keep Lincecum with 9th round keeper, David Price with 14th round keeper, Youkilis with 22nd round keeper and either JShields with 5th round keeper or Greinke with 9th round keeper. Obviously, who do I drop and keep AGon instead?

Shields with a fifth is not that good of value, AGON with a 15th is much better.

Sexson's career was derailed by a major injury so having as much talent as pre-injury Sexson is a compliment. That guy could just mash before the injury.
