I think Bonderman certainly has most upside. I think he could really bounce back. Kawakami probably second. Alternatively, you know what you'll get with Garland so he's the safe bet if the rest of your staff is strong.

I'd defintely go for Bonderman followed by Garland.

This would probably be my ranking as well. Bondy is definitely at the top for me and it gets tricky after that. Kawakami I think has a bit of upside so I'd go with him second. I'm very down on Garland, but he'll throw up a good start here and there.

Take a chance on Bonderman getting it together. Then, Garland as he has a proven track record.
