Wow, these guys are all over the board! Thanks for all of the responses! I just wondered how the public viewed these guys; I guess it just depends on personal preference. I would go:

Billingsley
Kazmir
Beckett
Shields
Oswalt

I am in a slow draft, and passing on the details:
Billingsley was taken before my pick in one round, so I took Kazmir.
The next round, Shields was taken before my pick, and Beckett was still available, so I took him.
Oswalt is still lurking around...

I know this neglects hitting/best overall player, etc. etc., but my team needed some solid pitching. These guys were the best available. Even though I got two injury-plagued guys, they have the potential to be the best pitchers in the league. At the least, they'll post some nasty K totals.
