Hello i want to know what kind of trade value guys like Damon or Chris Young have to aquire a pitcher?? who should i shoot for with these guys? Need pitching bad

It's hard to say. Without knowing how many teams are in your league and who's available to pick up as a free agent. It really depends on your oppoents needs. If's he's in need of SB's, you could package Damon/Young for a nice pitcher. I'd start by looking for an owner in needs of SB's and see what they have to offer.

I think you could get more for Young although Damon is a nice value. I would look to shop Young around. Probably could get a Lilly, SLowey, Vazquez maybe or a Verlander for one of these guys. Your not going to get top talent for these guys but can get some sleepers with upside.
