Avatar/Team logo request

First time making a request so I'll give it my best shot to describe what I'm hoping for.

Looking for an Avatar/team logo to use on Yahoo, CBS or ESPN for my team.

Team name is Diamond Kings

Using that pic as a starting template, it should have some color (and obviously look alot smoother). No need for the "baseball" banner although I don't know if it should be gone completely or just replaced with something other than "baseball", maybe "Diamond". The bats look a little skinny so something a little more realistic. And I envision the crown looking like the Budweiser crown.

If its not possible or too much work then no worries. Just figured I'd throw it out there.
