Noah Lowry for B. Seay, B. Livingston, and J. Huber

Postby gore51 » Fri Feb 06, 2009 10:02 pm

Hello, I am in a 30 team DMB League with a 50 man max roster (25 active, 25 reserve) viewtopic.php?t=366767

Would you do Noah Lowry for Bobby Seay, John Huber, and Bobby Livingston?

My pitchers look like this in the bigs:
SP:
Jeremy Bonderman
Joe Blanton
Kyle Lohse
Matt Chico
RP:
Francisco Cordero
Frank Francisco
Bill Bray
C.J. Wilson
Eric Gagne
Kameron Loe
Bobby Seay

and in the minrs:
SP:
Kason Gabbard
Radhames Liz
Bobby Livingston
Jeremy Jeffress
Mark Rogers
RP:
Chris Britton
Boone Logan
John Huber
Brian Slocum
Ty Taubenheim
Humberto Sanchez.

It should be noted that salary wise, the trades are nearly even.

None of these guys are really thrilling. You are basically turning a few semi-worthless RP into a soft-tossing innings-eater. I don't see the point of grabbing the recovering Lowry, I can't see him having a rotation spot in 2009 (Lincecum, Cain, RJ, Zito, Sanchez). But hey, both sides are pretty useless, so flip a coin.
