With OPS as a category, you HAVE TO go Chris Davis. You have another UTIL spot for him, so you have the space. Later in the season, you can always try to trade Fielder / MCab (unless you have him at 3B) / or Davis for another strong postional player to balance out the squad.
Justin Upton is a waste of a keeper in my opinion. Why? because, with the type of players being thrown back into the free agency pool, you can easily pick him back up in the redraft, probably a few rounds into the redraft. My order
1. Chris Davis
distant 2. Russell Martin
3. John Lacky
4. Scott Kazmir
a further distant 5. Justin Upton

Justin Upton
Martin as a catcher makes it pretty easy for me. Chris Davis obviously has a lot of upside but if you're unsure about that or want numbers right away I'd put him down past Kazmir. Lackey is solid and often overlooked (in my leagues) and I love Kazmir but he's streaky and wasn't nearly as dominant last year at times. Upton - like his brother - likely needs more seasoning but he's no doubt got plenty of talent. Again, if you like potential & can wait you could put him up a slot or two.
