Advice needed on selection. Will return the favor!!!

I have the third overall selection in my upcoming keeper draft. Assuming these players are available, who would you select? Please rank them in order (only 5) if you can as I will be picking fifth in the next round and may have a shot at drafting two of them. This league has OPS and Holds along with standard scoring.

Before giving you the list, here are my current keepers (keep 10)
1b - Prince Fielder
1b/3b - Miguel Cabrera
OF - Matt Holliday
OF - BJ Upton
OF - Alex Rios
Util - David Ortiz (we have TWO utility spots in this league so no worries here).
SP - Brandon Webb
SP - Jake Peavy
SP - Justin Verlander
RP - Jonathon Papelbon

Is it a reach to take Upton/Davis this early?

It might be a reach to take those guys this early but it is worth a shot in my opinion.

I would take Russell Martin first, no doubt. It's a luxury to add the top catcher in fantasy to that powerhouse offense that you have already. Then with your second selection, I would hope that one of Lackey or Kazmir falls to you.

I think Upton or Davis over any of Martin/Lackey/Kazmir would be a big reach.
