Personally, I'd go Mags, due to equivalent AB's less K's (less walks too), but net differential is much smaller then Dunn.
Of course, this is dependent on where Dunn ends up? A favorable HR type park (lefties), and some protection in the lineup may yield another 5 - 10HR/yr and more walks?

If you can afford to wait and see on where Dunn ends up you should do that.
BUT...
something tells me that Detroit will have a big bounce back year and that makes me feel it will be a fun season to own Maggs.

I would drop Dunn. Too many k's. Not enough hits. I you keep Dunn , you could have 300 k's from just him and Kemp. That's no good. Plus Dunn is an average killer as well. Too many negatives with Dunn.

I'd also say Dunn.... Ordonez has a few gallons left in the tank
