Anyone want join in on a 1st YR Auction/Keeper???

Who out there is like me and wants to join a good 1st yr keeper and not break the bank? Im just trying to see if theres enough interest out there and would be willing to take the time to run the league and write up a constitution. Some settings that I would like are:

1. Entrance fee - no more then $30 or $40
2. Auction/Keeper
4. 5x5 Roto (could possibly add more cats)
3. Mixed NL & AL
4. 12 - 16 teams with all money going to payouts (less any league fees)
5. Only looking for dedicated owners, no quitters

1 first baseman (1B)
1 second baseman (2B)
1 third baseman (3B)
1 shortstop (SS)
1 catchers (C)
1 corner infielder (1B & 3B)
1 middle infielder (2B & SS)
5 outfielders (OF)
1 utility hitters (UH)
10 pitchers

Reserve:
Any 6 players

Minors:
any 5 Players,must be actual minor league players

Auction Draft Day
The auction will be sometime in March. Each team has $260 to fill out its 23-man active roster.
After the auction there will be a snake draft for 6 reserves and 5 minor league players

Free Agents:
Owners will bid for FA's with a yearly budget of $100 per team

Keepers:
Each team can keep up to 8 players per year, and 5 minor leaguers

(RS) - Total Runs Scored
(SB) - Total Stolen Bases
(BA) - Total Batting Average
(ERA) - Composite Earned Run Average
(WHIP) - Composite Ratio: BB + Hits/IP
(W) - Total Wins
(S) - Total Saves
(K) - Total Strikeouts
