12 TEAM H2H Auction/Keeper needs owners

Starting a 12 team, H2H 10x10 auction keeper league. I want to hold the draft early so only those who are available in the day time apply.

I have the draft set at 1pm ET Tuesday Feb. 17th, now im willing to make it a little later but not much since it's and auction and it may take a few hours.
