Is this a good trade for me?

Its a 10 team head to head keeper league in year 4 with a ton of categories:
R, 1B, 2B, 3B, HR, RBI, SB, K, AVG, OPS, IP, W, L, CG, SHO, SV, K, ERA, WHIP, K/9
And positions are
C, 1B, 2B, SS, 3B, IF, OF, OF, OF, Utl, SP, SP, SP, RP, P Bn, Bn, Bn, Bn, Bn, Bn
We keep 5 players each year. Currently 4 of my 5 keepers are Utley, Fielder, Carlos Lee, and Markakis. I was looking to upgrade my last keeper and I've been offered Roy Halladay the 106th pick (156th pick if you consider the 50 players kept) and the 206th (256th) pick for the 25th pick in the draft (75th) and the 81st (131st) pick. If I don't do the trade then Ellsbury would be my final keeper. Any thoughts would be helpful, and leave a link and I'll help on your question.

I would keep Ellsbury and your picks in my opinion.

I would keep ellsbury, and then since u dont have room for halladay u mine as well trade him away for better picks if someone is interested

That's really tough. Halladay is a CG MONSTER. You could win that category with him alone in ROTO, but since it's H2H, it's more difficult... In fact, he would help a ton with most all of those pitching categories... In short, I'd say that the draft makes your team more so than your keepers, so keep your picks and stick with Ellsbury.
