Extreme Fantasy Baseball League Rules
---------------------------------------

The league fees will be $50 per team. ($52 if using paypal)

Commissinor info
Andy Birling
951 Marquette St.
Menasha, WI 54952

The league will be run using the CBS sportsline commissioner service.

The league will use weekly lineups. Lineups are to be submitted on Monday's of each week

The league will consist of 16 team and will be a franchise style league. The first year the league will draft 40 players, 25 will be on the active roster and the other 15 will be
considered minor league players. The 15 minor league slots can either be true minor league players or just reserve MLB players.

The initial draft will be 40 rounds. The draft will startout as a slow draft with "NO TIME LIMIT" but i would ask teams that are going to be away from their computers for long periods of time to put some players in their draft queue so the draft won't be held up for long periods of time. I would like to start the draft around the end of February. If the draft isn't finished by March 31st we will finish whatever rounds are left on Wednesday April 1st. any team not present and not on auto pick will be given highest remaining player according to CBS prjections and regardless of position.

The weekly starting lineup will be 17 players,
1ea - 1B, 2B, SS, 3B, UTL, C, 3 - OF, 5 - SP, 3 - RP
(a utility player can be any position)

If a player is injured on your 17 man active roster you must replace him from your reserve or minor league players. It is each teams responsability to make sure that they have replacements available. Starting an injured player is considered an illegal line up and you will forfeit that weeks matchup.

The schedule will be a 24 week schedule. There won't be any games scheduled during the all-star week.

The playoffs will last for 3 weeks with 6 team will making the playoffs, the 4 division winners and the 2 teams with the next best records. The first round the two division winners with the two best records will receive a bye. The other two division winners will play the two wild card teams. The two winning teams will play the two division winners in round two with the two winners from round 2 playing for the championship in round 3.

League payouts will be;
1st place - $225
2nd place - $150
3rd place - $ 75
4th place - $ 50
5th place - $ 25

Best Record - $25
Division winners - $25
CBS commishinor service - $150

At the end of each season teams will be able to make offseason trades. during spring training of the following season we will protect 25 players (your roster must not go above 40 at any time) and we will have a 15 round draft to fill out our rosters back to 40 players.
