Good trade either way. Unless you already have a top notch 3B I would do this deal. Longoria could put up David Wright type numbers and in a keeper league you will be very happy for a long time.

I'm still feeling Beltran for a few years, but I wouldn't begrudge you if you took Longoria.

Longoria for me. I would like to know that I have my CI's locked up in a keeper. We are all different in how we build a team and how we draft. I have found it easier to add an OF later in the draft or FA or trade than it is to find a CI.

I am really high on Beltran but I think for a keeper with your roster I would go with Longoria. There is something nice about knowing in a keeper that you have your infield set with Utley Longoria and M-Cab.

I also agree with Eagle, it would probably be easier through trades or FA to replace an OF than a 3B.
