Return to Draft, Trade, Keeper and Waivers Questions

It's a 10-team, 5x5 league with 10 keepers per team. We just finalized our keepers, so it is time to get ready for the draft. I draft 3rd overall, so i am trying to put together a top-3 list to prepare for my first pick.
With my 10 keepers I have a good balance of power and speed. I probably need power more than speed....but just a little but more.
Position-wise, my primary needs are 1B and SP. So in preparing my preliminary list of potential 1st round candidates I automatically included the top few 1st basemen and starting pitchers.
So please help me rank the following list of player (a list of your top 3 or 4 would be fine....you don't need to try and rank them all):
Ichiro Suzuki
Chipper Jones
Nate McLouth
Corey Hart
Adam Dunn
Chris Davis (1B)
Aubry Huff (1B)
Joey Votto (1B)
Francisco Liriano (SP)
Scott Shields (SP)
Carlos Zambrano (SP)
Joba Chamberlain (SP)
Edinson Volquez (SP)
My 1st instinct is that none of these 1B's or SP's are worth my 1st round pick (#3 overall) and I should just hope a few of them are still around for my 2nd and 3rd round picks, but I'm interested in your opinions.
Thanks for your help!

First of all...I do mean James Shields, not Scott (sorry about that)
My 10 keepers are:
C:
1B:
2B: B. Phillips
3B: A-Rod
SS: T. Tulowitzki
OF: C. Granderson
OF: Carl Crawford
OF: Jay Bruce
Util: M. Ordonez
SP: Tim Lincicum
SP: Scott Kazmir
RP: Soria
One note re: Starting Pitchers: my league tends to over-rate them. Most teams kept 3 SP's and one even kept 4. That means I already have some catching up to do...and the SP's that are left will probably go quicker than they should. I still think my best plan would be to wait at least until the 2nd or 3rd round and just take the best player available with my 1st pick (I can always try to trade for a pitcher later), but I am interested in your input.
Thanks again!

I'd go with the best of the top 3 available, Chipper, Ichiro, Mclouth, in that order.
Even in a 10 team league, with a keep 10 i'm really surprised some of those guys are avilable.
